Our dedicated residential coastal division, led by Soren Clark, brings the same craftsmanship and attention to detail that we’re known for in Portland to the Oregon Coast. With over a decade of experience building along the North Coast—and as a longtime resident of Cannon Beach—Soren has built strong trade partner relationships and developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges presented by the coastal climate.

Clarkbuilt, Inc. was founded by Soren in 2006 and quickly grew into a respected outfit serving the greater Portland area and North Coast of Oregon, specializing in remodeling, carpentry, and custom cabinetry. In 2023, Clarkbuilt, Inc. was acquired by Owen Gabbert, LLC. Longtime friends and peers, Owen and Soren navigated the acquisition with a shared vision—supporting Soren’s desire to focus on coastal projects while integrating his talented team into the OGLLC family and taking over day-to-day operations.
