Clarkbuilt, Inc. & Owen Gabbert, LLC

We are very excited to announce that as of January 1, 2023, Clarkbuilt, Inc will join Owen Gabbert, LLC (OGLLC) and his community focused construction and real estate development team. Clarkbuilt, Inc was founded in 2006 by Soren Clark as an independent contracting business specializing in finish carpentry, cabinetry, and remodeling. Over the years Clarkbuilt has grown into an established outfit serving the greater Portland area and North Coast of Oregon with remodeling, carpentry, and custom cabinetry. The acquisition of Clarkbuilt will complement OGLLC by adding to and supporting their work in residential remodels, custom homes and commercial improvements.

Soren and Owen have known each other for some years and the teams have worked together on projects in collaborative efforts many times. Over the years they have supported each other professionally and are likeminded in their feeling of responsibility to the communities that they work in. The discussion of joining Clarkbuilt with OGLLC was all too natural and there was no turning back once the topic was brought up.

The entire Clarkbuilt team of managers, carpenters, and cabinet shop are being integrated into OGLLC and all current and future clients can expect the same quality craftsmanship along with the added structure and internal support from OGLLC. This is particularly exciting for current staff and subcontractors as many new doors of opportunity will be presented.

Soren will continue his passion for carpentry and custom residential remodeling by building and overseeing a coastal division within OGLLC, allowing him to work closer to his young family in Cannon Beach.
