Here is our very first ground up new construction project. We replaced the existing garage on the property with this 450 square foot ADU. Kris drafted multiple proposal designs and all paperwork required for permit issuance. From initial meeting to final permit we provided every service to get this completed. ADU's are similar to remodel/ additions as they stay within the boundaries of an existing property and oftentimes use the sewer/ water/ and electrical systems provided to the main structure on the property. As it is with remodeling we encountered some unforeseens that we were able to work out as the project progressed. In the end we packed a completely independent unit with great function and character.
